Jasmine Grandiflorum Absolute

from $25.00

This absolute is the Queen of the Jasmines, the Jasminum Grandiflorum. This floral absolute is a staple in every perfumer’s palette and is traditionally paired with rose in many of the iconic perfumes of classic French perfumery. This flower grows on a vine-like shrub and must be harvested at night or early in the morning before sunrise to help retain its delicate and indolic scent.

Its aroma is a tenacious, deep, sweet floral with honey and musky undertones. It is slightly more indolic than our Jasmine Sambac Absolute, but has a bit more elegant scent profile.
